Return Policy

We’re happy to accept returns and exchanges on regular-priced items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please see below for details by region.

 

Return Conditions

Please check your product in front of the delivery man and return it on the spot by paying delivery charge ( if you already paid delivery charge then just return it )if you do not like the product or find any defect. Any complaints after delivery man has left will not be accepted. Please check carefully and be sure about the product before payment.

Note:

- Items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.

- Refunds, credits, and exchanges are processed once the item is scanned in transit.

 

Missing Items in a Return

If your return is received and any items are missing from the package, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly. To ensure a smooth return process, please double-check that all intended items are included in your return before returning it back to us.

If you believe there has been an error or if an item was accidentally left out, please reach out to our contact with your return tracking number and details as soon as possible.

 

When will I get my order?

Standard Shipping Guide:

Standard Delivery (1/2 days) - 70tk - Inside Dhaka City

Standard Delivery (2/3 days) - 120tk - Outside Dhaka City

Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location. Usually it is within 1-4 days of confirming your order. Please note that shipping times may take longer than normal due to carrier delays and as a result, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date. For the most accurate information on when your package will arrive, please reference your tracking link once the order has shipped.

 

What size am I?

Our products fit true to size, but you can find item-specific sizing info on each product page (just click “Size Chart”). If you have any specific questions, please feel free to reach out and we will do our best to find the right fit for you!

If you want to exchange the product for size issues or if you want to exchange with different product (Availability to stock) : It's possible within 24 hours after receiving the product.

 

How do I best wash and care for my products ?

Machine washing in cold water and laying flat to dry is our recommended way of taking care of your garment - by doing this, you’ll best preserve the lifespan of the garment.

If you can’t get around throwing your clothes in the dryer, just keep in mind that all-natural fibres, without chemical treatment, are prone to shrinkage — ours will shrink between 3-5%.

You can wash the clothes in warm water as well (30°C) if your clothes are really dirty, we just prefer cold water as it saves on electricity.
