Please check your product in front of the delivery man and return it on the spot by paying delivery charge ( if you already paid delivery charge then just return it )if you do not like the product or find any defect. Any complaints after delivery man has left will not be accepted. Please check carefully and be sure about the product before payment.

Items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.

Refunds, credits, and exchanges are processed once the item is scanned in transit.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location. Usually it is within 1-4 days of confirming your order. Please note that shipping times may take longer than normal due to carrier delays and as a result, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date.

No, for now we are not shipping to countries worldwide. We are confined to Bangladesh.
